As a Network Marketer, many people pin their hopes and dreams on the success of their business.  Often times, they pin those dreams on each prospect who views their opportunity presentation making for an extremely emotional ride.  Especially if that prospect doesn’t join your business.  You may even feel dejected and frustrated when a prospect just doesn’t have any interest in joining you in your business.

To succeed in Network Marketing, you need to gain an understanding that you cannot rescue everyone from themselves and their life of financial dismay and lack of freedom.

  • Your Primary Job – Your primary responsibility when recruiting new business partners into your Network Marketing business is simply to get the right people in front of all the information to help them make an informed business decision. From that point, it doesn’t matter if the prospect decides to join you or not.  Answer their questions and handle their objects to help bring them to an informed decision.  Once they make their decision, whether yes or no, you can be confident that you’ve done your job successfully.
  • Don’t be a Salesman – If you have to sell or convince others to join your opportunity, you’ll have to further convince them to actually work a building it.  Your prospects have to have a desire to work their business and they should come to it on their own.
