I agree, the time freedom definitely provides a great benefit as well. Having the freedom to do what you want, when you want without having to ask for permission is extremely valuable. I like to tell people, the hardest decision in life I have to make these days is whether to roll over or get out of bed! Of course I usually choose to get out of bed, cuz I'm so excited for yet another successful day!
